What in someone's sick, twisted mind is a Legendary Dex? I am positive that the only way to catalouge a Legendary Pokemon is to capture it. THen it is recorded in the POKEDEX, not anthing called a Legendary Dex. Don't make me put in my sig a threat/warning to all who spread rumors here. BECAUSE THEY WILL DIE AN UNTIMELY DEATH!!!

Ps. Sorry about ranting so much, you guys in the backroom who's names I don't know. I just sorta get carried away sometimes...

Assuming you mean the National Dex. I believe you must get it from the Professor once you have beaten the POkmeon Champion.
