Hey guys can somone tell me what moves should I put on my Latios, and were can I get a Bagon in my Ruby game please tell me.

Back caves of Meteor Falls.

For Latios, teach it some good flying attacks like Ariel Ace or Fly.

Latios moves:
dragon claw / dragon breath
ice beam/ thunderbolt
luster purge/ psychic
recover


Bagon's in Meteor Falls in the room where you get tm dragon claw.
