Your moves are pretty good. I know I'm not Crossy but hey I'm good to.

So on your groudon you should get rid of thunderbolt for Ancient power. And what does phycho boost do any way? ......

Wait a minute how did you get deoxys!gameshark or action replay i guess...

And on Rayquaza lose overheat for outrage. Other than that you are good to go.

Cross Stinger answered:

Rayquaza: I SAID NO FIRE TYPE MOVES! Anyway, Overheat downs the user's Special Attack if successful, so drop that.

Teach it Ice Beam. It's more effective than Dragon Claw against most Dragons.

Jirachi: So you have one, too. Doom Desire is fine, but consider that it takes two turns to process. So does Wish.

The other two are fine as well. If Jirachi could learn Meteor Mash I would suggest that...well, if you have a Gameshark, you can teach it in place of Doom Desire, but for now let's leave Wish to Swift.

Groudon: This is a little original, teaching Thunderbolt, but it makes Solarbeam redundant. Either one goes for Ancientpower.

Latios: This is very good for its experience.

Deoxys: I'm a little uneasy about having Deoxys in a party. I'm training one, too, but a detriment to its power is that it generally has bad defensive power. Believe me, I wasted good money on some Iron and Zinc trying to beef it up.

Now to the moveset: Solarbeam is definitely out, and so are Night Shade and Psycho Boost (Night Shade inflicts damage equal to the user's level, and Psycho Boost has the same effects as Overheat).

I recommend Psychic, Cosmic Power (why else?), and Shadow Ball.

Kyogre: Sheer Cold is unnecessary since Kyogre is at level 100 (its efficiency rises only against weaker Pokémon), and Hydro Pump and Water Spout are less relable than Surf, so teach Surf, Earthquake, and Thunder (Thunder always hits in rain).

I'll help you!

Rayquaza:Drop overheat for ice beam

Jirachi:drop wish for shock wave(If can) (needs to be trained)

Groudon:drop thunderbolt for flamethrower

Latios:Cool!

Deoxys:drop Pyscho boost for Psychic(If can)

Bye-Bye
