Hi again! How do you get a Lugia and what's better, a gameshark or AR??

Hi, there's only one way to get Lugia without cheats, get the game "pokemon gale of darkness" for the gamecube complete that,then trade it over
(P.S you'll need a gamecube link cable)
It's also simlier for Ho-oh but he's harder to get from Pokemon colosseum!
