Hi me agian I would like to know whats the rate for kyogre to join my team and whats ho-ohs too I killed him twice and hes still not on my team and I have his friend are so whats his deal I mean I have almost every Pokemon but all the legends and why is wish cave so hard I mean I have saved good ol medicham but it's inpossible to get fatherer nd what is wurples joining rate I've killed about a million of them but they stiill hate me I mean I'm cool so please answwr

Kyogre rate is 50% I got him when I was level 60 I think
Ho-oh rate is supposed to be 99.9 so either you are 0.1 or serebii.com is wrong
Wurmple wont join you in tiny woods but in joyuos tower(1f,2f)at 7.4 rate

Well the wormples are anoying. Trust me. it took me abut 407 times to kill wormple literally. PS I count a lot
