Did you get surf yet?Cause if you do,after you get surf a spinda is in the town square.And if you go in the town square the spinda comes in and faints.Then it gives you a feather and you get missions to the legendary dogs.All on the 30 floor.hope I helped.

Get the HM Surf from Solar Cave 20BF (Water Pokemon needed). This will unlock lots of event. Also try to obtain all Friend Area from mission (there are 4 of them: Boulder Cave, Sky Blue Plain, Mt. Moonview, Dragon Cave).

how do I get that 4 friend areas?

You cannot go to anymore dungeons after beating buried relic but you can go to other dungeons like the other members said but in buried relic 36 to 98 floors you might encounter Mew(hard to find) but easy to recruit.I recruited Mew two times after I new game
