You get ho-oh in Mt. Faraway and you unlock wish cave after you beat metor cave.
To get wish cave on day ekans and medicham will be by wishcash pond.talk to them and then go do a mission.go back to them talk to them and do a nother mission.this time ekan will be by the bulliten board look at the board and medicham would have put up a rescue for the 20th floor of wish cave select it you will unlock wish cave
You get HO-HO at Mt.Faraway on your second time and you have to talk to ekans when he is not with medicham any more on the bulliten board!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can't get ho-oh on the first try.you will unlock mt faraway after you defeat the 3 lengendary dogs to get rainbow wing,as for wish cave,you will be able to go there after you meet ekans and medicham after the latias and latios event.after a few days check the notice board and medicham will be requesting for help.you will gain access to help medicham.once you helped medicham,she(medicham is a girl)will give you wish stone.
