Is there a easyer way to have pikachu evovle(sorry 4 spelling) faster? I'm a charizard level 38.

No, Thunderstone can only be found at Lightning Field 29F. And you have to beat the game (beat Rayquaza) before you can evolve. There is no other way to get Thunderstone unless you use Wonder Mail or cheat.
