Your team is strong enough to beat Kyogre. Just bring Zapdos and Metang into the dungeon, let Zapdos zap Kyogre to death, and Metang add some damage to it. Kyogre is not too hard to beat.

Well, the team is well balanced, but Quilava is a bad choice, try to choose a better Pokemon then that, P.S. Zapdis is the best choice due to the fact that it's a Electric type

All you really need is zapdos because kyogre is pretty weak I beat him with just my lvl 34 venasaur!!!!!
