You have to go to Magma Cavern yourself and defeat Groudon. (Alakazam's team loses,but it's actually quite easy to win.)

U do a couple of missions then there will be a big comotion and then a Golem,Blastoise and someone else then do a couple more missions then you will volenter.

JUST KEEP DOING MISSIONS THEN ONE DAY A GROUP OF POKEMON WILL GATHER IN THE SQUARE AND SEND THREE POKEMON OFF TO SAVE ALAKAZAMS TEAM.DO MORE MISSIONS AND ONE DAY YOU WILL BE ASKED TO GO TO GROUDONS DUNGEON
