Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

I can't seem to go magma cavern to battle groudon, why? I already went to the square when lombre called me, what should I do?

I made a step-by-step Walktrhough.

1. Get the news.
2. Do some missions.
3. Finish your Team Base by giving the Mankey's some Chestnuts from Howling Forest.

I'm not sure if you went through these's parts,
You should have done four rescue missions and you get awoken by a earthquake, then you should have done two more rescue missions then Blastoise will tell a report about the dungeon, then you should have unlocked it by then, if you haven't then you must have done something wrong, but I suggest you talk to everyone at the Pokemon square, one of the Pokemon there must have the answer, if that doesn't work, then do a few more rescue missions then try again, I don't remember how I did it, but I can tell you this, it took awhile
