Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

Dotaitos vs Enperuto, where do I get the friend bow? And do you ever even get to see lucario in the game?

Go to the Wonder Mail FAQ in the Blue Rescue Team walkthrough section or in User Submitted Hints, there's many, many WM codes for friend bows.
You definitely get to get a Lucario Statue when you get to that Team Ranking, but I don't think you get to see Lucario until Diamond/Pearl in Spring of this year, but I can't be sure. There's some rumors that you can, but I dunno if you can believe them!
