Once you've done all this, Alakazam will be near the portal from Pok�mon Square to Whiscash's pond. If you do not have Articuno, Zapdos, or Moltres as team leader, talk to Alakazam and he'll ask you to confront Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres about a tornado at sea. The birds will claim that the tornado is the work of 'the sea guardian' and send you to Silver Trench.

After you've done all that, talk to Alakazam in the square, then go to the friend area Legendary Island. The birds who live there will use their powers to form some....thing, that lets you go to Silver Trench. It is a huge 100 floor dungeon filled with mostly water type pokemon. Then after the 99th floor, the man we've all been waiting for will appear.......Lugia!!!
