Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

Thanks Blademaster55 but it was too late I started a new game =( but now I need to know what lvl do I have to be for the 3 ledgenary pokemons (zapdos, moltes and the other 1)
To join,and how do I recuit pupitar coz I keep seeing him in Mt freeze about lvl 5 but jugglypuff doesnt have him on the check list THANKS IF U HELPED

By the way I don't need to be 35 or 40 to kill raquazza I beat him with torchic when it was 31 and with a charmander at lvl 32 all you need is to link your moves up, best way is to get a move tat tat stops him from atking for charmander I used smokescreen-ember-flamethrower-metal claw , becoz smokesreen buts them miss all the time

Hey, I need help. I'm at rayquaza right? But I can't beat him!!! Hes hard. Any tips for me? My Pokemon are: Mudkip (leader) and Treeko. Mudkip knows Mud slap, water gun, take down, and whirlpool and is lvl 35 atm. Treeko knows Bullet Seed, Mega Drain, pursuit and pound. He is lvl 34 atm. PLZ HELP ME!!!
