Is it possible to beat rayquaza with a cindiquil Lv. 29 and totodile Lv. 29 and absol Lv.25.

Hey, I beat him with a level:31 machop and a level:30 squirtle.Absol will most likly die before you get there.Your other partner(recruited pokemon)will usually be the one to waste all of your revive seeds.

Lvl 25 Charmander-3linked moves
Lvl 26 Pikachu-2x2linked moves
Lvl 24 Absol-0linked moves
If I can beat him with this I'm sure you could
