Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

Ok, I got to the Sky Tower but I can't get past the 21st floor!!! I'm a Cyndaquil and i'm lvl 36. Is there a certain lvl I can be to just glide right though?

Just incase you need it: tackle, smokescreen, ember, and flame wheel

For those of you who wanted my partner

Squirtle lvl 34
Bite, withdraw, bubble, water gun

Yah, about 70.

That tower is
HARD!!!! I suggest you take a lot of oran berries and absol as a partner (try to get ice beam on him for rayquaza) once you get past the first 25 floors you will comes across a full heal/ save point. 10 floors later rayquaza. I was lower level than you with three oran berries when I got him and absol's ice beam really helped.

Go there about level 40-45 it should be less hard then.
