Ok, I got to the Sky Tower but I can't get past the 21st floor!!! I'm a Cyndaquil and i'm lvl 36. Is there a certain lvl I can be to just glide right though?

I have a lv32 charmander lv 32 sqritle and a lv 30 absol and I beat that part I just can beat razqua
