Does anyone know when it comes out and if so will there be real cheats like up down etc.. or will you need a action replay.

It depends where you live. If you live in the U.S. , the game came out September 18th or 22nd, I can't remember. But if you live somewhere else, srry, I don't know what to tell ya.
