Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

Ok hold on a minute.I have heard of every Pokemon game before it came out and this is the weirdest thing I have EVER heard of.So what is it about,and what region are you in?
Also when will it be released around Europe,mainly around the U.K and Ireland?
