Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

What is an easy way to get Mew in Poke`mon Red Rescue Team?
My character is a level 32 Umbreon, I have a friend bow, but every time I go through the Ancient Ruins, I never run into Mew. I also have the music box, but I don't ever run into him.
Anyone got any tips that could help me?

You can get him by trading a team with Mew or throw a reviver seed and a pink gummi he is 30 or 10% reqruitable
