There is no exact walkthrough to get through any dungeon in Mystery Dungeon cause the layout constantly changes each new floor you arrive on. What I can tell you though is that there are 15 floors and on floor 12 is a rest area that restores your HP and PP before heading to battle Moltres.

An easy way to defeat moltres is to have a link box
When you get to moltres use the link box and link
All your moves together
If you want to delink your moves after you linked them you must have another link box to delink your moves.
I defeated moltres by using thunder wave and then using my strongest attack.
