Evolution

My Pokemon Mudkip is level 16 but it is not evolving. I want to evolve it to Marshtomp. Please help me.

You still need to defeat the game the first time which is to get all the way to Rayquaza and defeat it at the Sky Tower and then a scenario will happen and by the Waterfalls where Whiscash is,there will be a cracked floor.You just enter it and the stone will ask if you want to evolve if you met the reached level to evolve.Hoped I helped.
