Okay, so I need to clear some stuff up:

1.-Mew.I know he is in relic but do I have to beat the relic?
2.-How do I get meteor cave?
3.-Do I need to beat ho-oh to get siliver treanch?
4.Where do I get joys tower?
Finnaly, does cave of origin exist in THIS game?

I can answer your first and last question. For Mew, you must beat all three regis in the relic, giving you rock, ice, and steel parts. They will turn into a music box. You MUST have the music box to find mew. He will appear on random floors after floor 50. On floors 94-99, the chances of finding him increase. Defeating Mew does not guarantee that he will join you. As for cave of origin, no. This game was made before Diamond and Pearl. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 for the DS has the Sinnoh Pokemon.

1) No. Mew can be found on 36-98F if you have Music Box in bag. The highest chance is on some of early floors and some of the last floors. When you recruit him, you will be teleported out of the dungeon.

2) Recruit Lugia.

3) You have to beat and recruit Ho-oh to get to Western Cave.

As for Silver Trench, you have to recruit 3 birds, talk to Alakazam, then go to the 3 birds' Friend Area. You are then granted access.

4) You have to clear Pitfall Valley and obtain Sky Blue Plains Friend Area (from mission on Bulletin Board).

5) No. It's another Pokemon myth.
