Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

I finally beat the buried relic and did a couple of random rescues can anybody please tell me what I have to do next to follow the storyline?

It does take a LONG time to beat the buried Relic, so just buy South Islands or get a Pokemon that can travel through water and make him the leader and then go to Solar Cave,20 floor.

Okay, I am WAY more farther than that, so I forgot how to do it...but I went to Bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net and saw these steps IN ORDER. If you need any more help I suggest you go on another website. Sorry! ^-^
- Southern Cavern, Wyvern Hill, and Howling Forest open up after receiving specific Friend Areas from missions.
- After getting HM Surf in the Solar Cave, Spinda walks into Pokémon Square and collapses. The player and their partner take him back to their rescue base.
- The player's partner suggests that they go and speak to Xatu.
- Upon reaching the top of the Great Canyon, Xatu reveals that the player must first go to the three fields and face the Lords of those areas (the Legendary beasts).
I've spoiled too much...I hope this helps...since I just defeated the Mirage Pokemon today. You probably already realize who that Mirage Pokemon is, because...(Hint) Think of a gigantic bird.
