I have a few question about mew and the three regis

1)How can you know if Mew use transform
2)Wheres mew's favorite floor
3)How I can catch The regis easily

1) You know if Mew used transform because it appears in the message box at the bottom of the screen.

2) Mew doesn't have a favorite floor. You can find him between the 36th floor and the 98th floor. I found mine on the 38th floor.

3) If you have the rock part and the ice part make your leader (or another Pokemon on your team) hold one of the pieces. The reason you need to do this is so when you get the steel piece all three pieces don't form the music box. After you have done this, use an escape orb to go home. After that go back to Buried Relic to get the Regi's

In edition to pokedude2000's answer, I will include that to my knowledge the regis will never join you if you get their part from them at that time. You can't get the part from them if you already have 1 on you.
