How do you fight these pokemon

Hi all

How do you fight the three dogs and the regis. I got to floor 28 on fire fild but it I did not fight any of them.

Entei is on the 30F of Fiery Field.
Raikou is on the 30F of Lightning Field
Suicune is on the 30F of Northwind Field
Regis are in Buried Relic 15F (Rock), 25F (Ice), 35F (Steel)

Just go ahead and beat them. Link your moves if you are weak.
