You can get a ditto in the Pokemon mansion. But beware, they are SUPER weak. Also I have no clue how to get more masterballs

Dear troubled person,
The only way to get more Master balls in Leaf Green is to either use an action replay or gameshark, win the lottery, or attach them to Pokemon in other games and trade them to, your leafgreen.
Ditto on the other hand is really simple, just go to either Pok�mon Mansion, or along routes 13 to 15 and simply look in grass and you should find it. That's how I did it and Believe me when I say I don't use action replay or anything like that.
