Hi
(1)You go to vermilion, but you have to have the S.S ticket. You get that from Bill the Pokemon manieake.
(2) I think it's Ninetales but I forgot the rest of them.
(3) You can get these In FireRed as well. Mew, Mewtwo, Rioukou, Suicune, Entei, and you can get more with a cheat code divise.
