Yoou got it if you preordered one of the Pokemon games on game cube, the one where you have to purify. It came out at Ruby time, and it was on a special disk, so you had to connect your SP to the Came cube.

To get Jirachi you must get the special bonus disk with the game "Pokemon Collosseum" it has Jirachi on it you must also have a cord that hooks up your sp to the Gamecube so you can get it off the disk
