Dragonair will evolve into Dragonite at level 55.

Just level up your dragonair to level 50 or 55

It evolves at 55, but wait until 65, then he learns outrage, its a very powerful move, you can use it if you havent beaten the elite four. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
