You need a rainbow pass. I think you have to Beat the elite four and go talk to The supertrader on 1 island.

Beat the elite four and go to one island. Go to the Pokemon centre and chat to the fella in front of a big machine and do what he wants you to and you get a better pass which takes you to 4-7 islands I think. If not do all of what he wants and then you get a pass to 6+7 islands.

No you just didnt finish the task that celio asked you to do which is to find the ruby&sapphire the ruby is in mt. Ember when you are at mt. Ember go to the side were there are two rocket goons they will start talking about a password once they say the first password they relize that you are there and start batteling you once you beat them go into the entrance that they made. Those guy's are making it sound as if they have no idea what to do, first, beat the Elite 4 and your Rival with 60 Pokemon caught, then, talk to Prof. Oak and he will update your Pokedex to a National Pokedex, then, head to one Island, talk to Celio, He'll ask you to get a Ruby, you'll have to figure some of it out, but it's at MT. Ember, go right until you see a couple of Team Rocket guys, beat them to a pulp, enter the cave, go left, strait, push the boulders out of the way on the B2F, on the B3F ignore the first ladder, push the boulder out of the way, climb that ladder, the room that you end up in only has some Morale Brale, ignore it, it's only the alphebet, climb down the ladder, grab the ruby, use dig or a escape rope if you have one, head back to Celio, give him the Ruby, and he'll give you a Rainbow Pass, oh and four island has a daycare that can hold two Pokemon, sos you may breed, breed a Ditto with any Pokemon you want, and eventually, you'll get a Egg, but if you want a Togepi, you need to go to 5 island, go up until you see a series of mixed up rocks to the left and talk to the man, make sure you have a empty slot, and he'll give you the egg, you need to walk around until the eeg hatches though, everywere too, hope thats not too much info.
