Finding a lucky egg is really hard. You find it attatched to chanseys on very rare occasions. Chansey are rare and hard to catch so therefore, lucky eggs are ultra hard to get.

You need to go to Navel a island our Birth island 1Is Lugia and the other is Deoxys. Hope that helps;) ;)
