You guys must know that EXP. SHARE DOESN'T DO the same job as Lucky egg. EXP. SHARE DIVIDES THE XP BY HALF AND GIVE HALF TO THE POKEMON FIGHTING AND HALF TO THE POKEMON HOLDING THE EXP. SHARE. IT DOESN'T INCREASE THE XP THE POKEMON GET. Lucky Egg means that regarding EXP your Pokemon gets after a battle if it holds the Lucky Egg, the EXP it gets is 1.5 X Normal EXP it would get if it didn't hold the Lucky Egg.

A lucky egg increases the EXP obtained after a Pokemon beats another Pokemon in a battle by 1.5 (if the EXP you would get by defeating a Lv. 5 pidgey is 12 then the Pokemon would get 18)
In double battles (or, if you switch Pokemon in team battles) the EXP obtained is divided by 2, and THEN the lucky egg increases the EXP obtained ONLY for the Pokemon which holds the item

I believe the lucky egg is an item that if a Pokemon holds it while in battle it would recieve more experience points.
