Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
Can you get Mantyke in this game(I think he is the pre-evolutionary stage of Mantine)?
Also, how can you find Mantine, the pokedex says they can be found in the water at seven island, but I've surfed, fished(with all 3 rods), and fished while surfing too.

No, you can't get Mantyke in this game.
Mantine is found at the Tanoby Ruins & Trainer Tower (By Surfing). It's rare, so keep looking.

I think you can get a mantine only after the rocks are pushed into the holes in tanoby key (a cave in the sevault canyon, seven island) after you do that you surf around the ruins and you find mantine

To get mantine yo need to push the rocks in the the tanoby key which is the cave in the sevault canyon after that go surf in the tanoby ruins where you can find mantine from lvl 34-40
