I have defeated team rocket on five island... But lorelei still hasn't..

A.Ruby gem is on Island 1. On Mt.Ember Cave. Two rockets are blocking the entrance and they will only leave if you beat them and you probably will be able to beat them. Sapphire Gem: Ok..this one gem make's the game but more complicated and bit drastic. After you got the rainbow pass go to island 4. You must bring a useless water type Pokemon so you could teach it the move Waterfall. Yes it is there you will find the HM Waterfall. After getting the HM..go up to the waterfall and you will find the Elite 4 member Lorelie traped by Team Rocket Grunts' Help her beat them and then she will ask you to save the other pokemon. Now you must go to Island 6. Now bring a Pokemon that knows the move Cut. Now go in front of the door. Use the move cut and it will open. Enter the cave and go to the middle hole. You will end up on a dungeon with four different holes.Here's what you need to do. Go to the Top hole, then left,right and bottom and you will ended on a cave go to the hole and you will find the Sapphire gem but a scientist will take it from you and you MUST get it back. Now go to Island 5 and go to the Team Rocket's Warehouse. Beat all of them including the Scientist and after that he will give back the Sapphire Gem. Now take it back to Celio and the machine will be fixed and you can now trade to Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/XD and Colesseum. If you are trying to go back and try to challenge the Elite 4 again. You must be aware that they have been stronger than ever. Their pokemon's level change aswell as they gain new pokemon

Ruby gem is on Island 1 go to the upperside of the island where you met a cave or what they called a mt ember spa get the rocksmash there talk to the all then surf upward until you come to the land part go to the right side where you see the two rocket there then fight them. Go inside the cave and get the ruby and get it back to celio.


Then go to the ice fall cave and do the puzzle like thing get the water fall then teach it to your Pokemon tht has surf then get outside then surf till you see a waterfall then use the waterfall to climb it then surf go to the land part where there is a ladder go down dotn go in the downside go to the upper side the you will met there lorelei with 3 team rocket you will fought only one then they will run


To get the sapphire go to 6 island (After you help lorelei on icefall cave so that the scientist there will leave) Go to the ruins then go in the dotted island (use cut to open the steel door) where there is a puzzle all you have to do is first on the only 1 hole the on the up hole then on the right then left then down
Then get the sapphire by pressing a then the scientist blocking the way
Will stole it from you then get back to the island 5


On the island 5 go to the ware house by followig the path in the right
Thentalk to the door (Don't worry you will not look crazy there is just a grunt using a computer cause there are pass word (the first pass is given by the rocket on the mt ember and the second is given by the scientist who stole the sapphire from you)Then go and solve the puzzle there and then fight them all There is a girl rocket will help you she make the way so that you can go back there so go if your Pokemon has low health (so that you are not be wasting more healling items) then fight the scientist you well get the sapphire then give it back to celio now

Fighting the elite four and catching mewtwo is now ok

When I try to battle team rocket in the cave where the elite four girl is nothing happens. I can't talk to any of them. Does anybody know how to fix this bug? :(

I have done and completed the storyline, but Lorelei hasn't returned. I went to her house and she said she would return soon, but still hasn't...
