Um I'm in at seven island and I am in the chambers and catching the Pokemon called the unknown. DO I need to catch all of them or what do I have to do with them?

No you don't have to even catch one of them just look along the walls until you find a place to go through.if you look along the walls you can go through these invisible doors.
