What I want to know is:
Mew:
Defeat The Elite Four Twelve Times.
Celebi:
It will appear wild in the Victory Road after you get Mew. Now I want to know, is this true? It probably is not I think but there is no harm in asking. Also, if it is not, does anyone know an action replay code for Celebi on this (LeafGreen) game for Action Replay MAX? I can't seem to find a Celebi code. My friend has Celebi from a code, but he won't tell me it. Thank you

Mew: That is false. Trade Mew from Pokemon Emerald.
Celebi: That is also false. I think you must get it from a GS or AR code.

To get Celibi you have to ALMOST beat the elite four, and then LOSE to the champion (your rival) this only works if it was your first time challenging the elite 4
than Oak will battle you with really weak Pokemon,beat him. He will then give you celibi

Nope, no no no no no no... you can't get Mew celebi etc etc without nintendo event or gs or ar please people get that !!!!!!!!!!
