I'm afraid you'll just have to hope for the best when trying to catch them in the safari zone.
Try getting near them before throwing pokeballs.

Chansey should be in the safari zone,but I'm not sure,and Kangaskhan should either be in the rock tunnel or the safari zone.

No dude,it is not easy to catch them since they are rare in the Safri Zone.
