I am not good at rating so I will give you advice.
Blastoise is pretty goos but bite isn't very strong. I would also suggest to not weigh it down with too much water moves. Maybe give it an ice type move.

Areodactyl has bite too. Which yeah really isn't that strong of an attack.
Raichu I think could use something like mega kick (Route 4 Guys standing face to face.) If you like thunder wave that is fine. (I don't like it but whatever.) Um well shokwave never misses but if you want to really knock out your opponets then I would teach it rain dance. I know it sounds wierd but when it is raining thunder will never miss.
YESSSSSSSSSS I love flareon!!!!!! I would teach it like flame thrower and maybe something like iron tail or dig or overheat. Because tacle and quick attack are not every strong.
