Get cut and then fight in a battle and lose, plus you can't have gotten to any of the sevi islands

Okay, heres what you do. Trade a Pokemon that knows cut from FR or C. Then never talk to the captain of the S.S. Anne. You'll be able to go back all you want. P.S.
Have surf and go to the riight of the screen. There should be a guy standing in front of a truck who might give you Mew. Dont know if thats true, but give it a try.
