Get a Chansey, and raise it with heaps of Lovin', and it will eventually evolve when it's got heaps of love. Then you will have yourself a Blissey.

We have one trainer in our very small town that has eight Blissey I'm trying to figure out how that happenedAND1 answered:
First, catch a Chansey from the Safari Zone. Then max out it's happiness and then level it up one level and it will evolve into Blissey.

You need the national pokedex,then catch a Chancey and make it like you and it will evolve into a Blissey.

You have to give Chansey all of the carbos, zinc, and items like that to get it to really like you. Then level it up just one level and it should evolve.

You know by know all of us know but you must be a terrible gamer not to have gotten one yet or am I wrong?
Keep a chansey in your team and keep training in the elite four or other places where EXP is plentyful and For me she evolved at Lv.30-37 but for you keep training one until she evolves. Now she is a Lv.50 blissey!
Which reminds me how do chansey breed in the wild as there are no boy chanseys in existance!
