Hey, guys, I need some help. What level does Weepingbell learn Razor Leaf? If Victreebell is the only one that can learn it, please tell me what level. Thanks!!!!!!!

Weepinbell learns razor leaf at lvl 42 and victrebell doesnt learn it at all so you should teach razor leaf to your weepinbell unless you have a T.M. And razor leaf doesnteven come in a T.M. So you have to raise your weepinbell to lvl 42

I believe if you level it up to level 38 it can learn Razor Leaf.
To evolve it into a Victreebell you must give it a leaf stone.
