I have few qestion's how do you get a blissey and can you trade Pokemon from gold and silver to leaf green.

(2)No,you can't.
You can catch them after you beat the Elite Four.

You get Blissey by leveling up Chansey with happiness(try using soothe bell).
Sorry,but you can't trade with the gold,silver,or crystal versions.It would be cool
If you could,but there is no way to upgrade the pokedex to the new pokemon
like Groudon,Jirachi,Celibi,Deoxys,and etcetera.

Get Chansey in the safari zone and raise it's happiness to full.
No, you can't trade form G/S.

1. You get Blissey by catching a Chansey and train it to get it's friendship high enough so it will evolve.

No you can not trade Pokemon from gold or silver to leaf green I tried that all ready and you proply can get a blissy on the islands after you bet the elite four

Blissey evolves from a Chancey with high friendship. You catch a Chancey at the Safari Zone. You can't trade it from Gold and Silver but you can from Colosseum and XD on the Gamecube. Sorry. :(
