I am new to the forum so can someone please help me out?
Okay so I am trying to evolve eevee but he just wont evolve.
Why isnt it working and what do I have to do?

You have to use a water stone, thunder stone, or fire stone. The type is deturmined by the stone. You can by them in the store at the same town you got evee.
