Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

Hey guys, I think something might be wrong with my Charizard...

On Two Island,(where you get Blast Burn,Hydro Cannon and Frenzy Plant)at the most Northern house,I put my Charizard at the front of my party,hoping to get Blast Burn,but the woman just said she was mistaken?!

Could someone help me with that please??

Possibly because it's traded from another game? Any why would you want your Charizard to learn Blast Burn anyway? It's a rubbish move. Trust me on this. Don't teach Charizard, who can learn a brilliant moveset, such a poor move.

He has to be your starter pokemon. If he was, then your games messed up.

It could be that youre charzard dosn't like you enough, That it is not yours (not shure if that matters), or It is not at a high enough level. I'm not shure I havn't played in like 1 1/2 years.
