Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I think you guys are getting me wrong, I have 384 Pokemon in the national pokedex. I have given both the Ruby and the Sapphire to Celio I have traded from R/S with a link cable and I have also traded Pokemon from LG/FR with wireless adapters/link cable. I have tried over a dozen times to trade Mew and Deoxys from Ruby. I've traded every single other Pokemon including Jirachi, Lugia, Ho-Oh, and Celebi. Why can't I trade a Mew and a Deoxys to me LG game?I need an exact answer on how to fix it please help.!

Cross Stinger answered:

Because the Nintendo game manufacturer installed a cheating deterrent that makes it impossible for a Mew that has not been acquired at Faraway Island and a Deoxys that has not been acquired from Birth Island to be imported or transferred from that game. This applies to the Fire Red, leaf Green, and Emerald versions, meaning that your Mew and Deoxys can still be transferred to Sapphire and will obey you there.

nintendo_dude answered:

It's either an after-effect for using a cheating device (if you did) or you can't trade Mew and Deoxys onto Fire Red/Leaf Green. I have heard of this before. If you do use a cheating device you'd best download them onto Fire Red/Leaf Green.

neo tips answered:

You can't trade these Pokemon if they were obtained by action replay or gameshark.
