1. What does the ruins on island 7 for and if important how do I solve the puzzle

2. What does dotted cave do on island 6 the secert message is in brail but what is it for

3. Is it true that I can get Mew and celebi if I beat the elite 4 12 times

1) It's where the Unowns are located, you must first activate them.

2) You must cut down the door, inside is the Ruby.
