Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

Please rank my Poke'mon. Remember I am just about to do Rocketwarehouse so their not suppose to be like 75 ok.i'm also about to catch moltres and articuno.1 question also what is the thing you have to have accomplkished to get in the Cerulean Cave besides being the Poke'mon Champion?
Lapras level58:shock wave,body slam,hydro pump,sheer cold.
Vaporeon level58:surf,hydro pump,water pulse,bite
Muk level60:sludge bomb,sludge,giga drain,explosion
Graveler50:dig,magnitude,rock blast,mega punch
Machoke49:revenge,vital throw,submission,cross chop
Pidgeotto level21: used only for fly.

Your team is pretty good...but even though you only use pidgeotto for fly you should still train it because if it's your last Pokemon it might be helpful. And also trade your machoke on to another game and then trade it back so you have machamp. You also have to complete the tasks that cellio gives you on island one in the Pokemon center. So go to Vermillion and then sail to one island and go to the Pokemon center.
