A nintendo event is a festival that you attend to get bonus stuff for nintendo products etc. There hasn't been one for a few years.

You have to wait for them to be hosted by a company. In other words, you can't conduct one yourself.

You don't 'do' it. Nintendo will, on some occasions, arrive at malls in the United Sates (and have recently done so in the UK) and set up stations at which they give out tickets among other stuff.

You will have to go to a city that has a nintendo event,it's not in the game it's a live event.

You can't; It's an event that happens that allows you to get Pok�mon you can't normally get. I think those are finished.
