No that team wont be able to beat the Pokemon league,you should train them to about level 60+.

No. They need levelling up till they are at least level 55 to 60.

Level up your pokes replace cut on nidoking bubble with surf on poliwhirl teach snorlax body slam replace confusion on hypno with psychic and fire blst with earthquake on charizard

PS:yes. Those were kyogre, groudon, and rayquaza. I got them all from my brother's emerald(even though I caught them on his emerald for him, he never even said thank you!!!!!!!!!!).

Try levelling them up a bit more.
